This is an annual event for juniors aged 13 to 18, between England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

On Saturday she competed in the Individual competition at Sutton Park North. Eden came in a respectable 7th place on W14.

England romped home to victory on the individual day, helped with wins in all the girls classes. 

The relays on Sunday were again at Sutton Park, this time on the south side.

Eden was in team England 2, her 1st leg W16 runner came back in 6th place and handed over to Eden who had a tremendous race, the fastest leg time, to bring England back in the lead!

She tagged the 3rd leg W18, who also did a good race to bring the team back in 2nd place.

The England girls relay teams placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, combined with the England boys teams coming 1st, 3rd and 4th. This resulted in ENGLAND being the overall WINNERS of the Junior Home Internationals 2023.

Eden said she had a really enjoyable fun weekend and made lots of new friends.
